kingston hyperx 1.65v in a gigabyte z68x?

hey all,
so ive got a i5 2500k setup, for a rather expensive christmas present for the dad, all i need now is ram. i bidded on this kingston hyperx ram, KHX1600C9AD3K2/4G, and have later found it runs at 1.65v, will this work with the gigabyte z68x ud3 motherboard and i5 2500k? can it be underclocked to 1.5v? cheers

it will be fine but dont take above 1.67 , you can reduce the ram to 1.5 but i know a lot of members on here run the memory at 1.65 with no problems
