So, my parents are F1 mad. For Christmas this year I'm getting them Spa GP tickets.

Because obviously all I have is the ticket confirmation, how can I jazz it up.

If it were Silverstone tickets it would be easy. I'd just paint a stone silver!

Scaletrix and then put the ticket confirmation on the bottom of the cars so when it brakes and they need to sort out the car on the bottom they'll see it and be like 'OMG'.

Buy a nice big card for them, buy them a small matchbox F1 car each.
Write a nice comment in the card, insert print out of confirmation, seal then hide it somewhere.

When it's present opening time, make them open the little box with the car in first. In each box is the sweet little note saying that the real present is <insert hiding place> here.

i would say that about football tbh, yet millions of people like that

if you have enough scalectrix you could try and make spa, and perhaps put the ticket confirmation underneath the cars.
