Even things such as being able to breathe and live underwater would be a start. Imagine the cities that could be built underwater, and all the exploring of the sea that could be managed.

Also being able to heal quickly, regrow lost limbs, regain sight / sound / taste / smell etc. I'd like immortality for myself but if everyone had it the world would be over-crowded before long. Part of evolution is that things die and new things are made.
