Best for what?
GT440 is the fastest at games, the GT520 is the fastest at video decoding, although has a few IQ flaws with some videos due to it's lower core capabilities (as in slowest GPU core, which affects post processing etc, even though it's actual hardware decoder ASIC is the newest and fastest), which is why I have a passive 430 in my HTPC atm.
