at home, you?
my wireless keyboard 3000 v2.0 has stopped working completely, anyone know what page i can go to to arrange something to be fixed or replaced via microsoft? as its only about 2 months old.

As it's less than 2 months old you should go back to the place you bought it from.

Failing that you could try this number: 01954 713950 (Microsoft UK Support).

It should be cheaper than ringing the advertised number of 0870 6010100.

I believe Microsoft will only deal with retail products, not OEM.

Edit

Or follow the support page here.

thanks, im going through it, and my keyboard isnt listed, theres one the same but not a v2.0, however when i tried that, it wont recognise my serial number

I'm stuck then.

Perhaps try calling them tomorrow on the number I've listed.

I assume you've tried changing the batteries and you've gone through this if it applies.
