Cat allergy

Can the people with a cat allergy please post up what symptoms they show when they are around a cat for a long time.

Found the symptoms on internet sites like wikipedia but i want to actually hear from people with this allergy.

Running nose, lots of sneezing and my top lip drys up and becomes swollen. Anti histimine and lip balm abd im not to bad. Strangley the longer im around them the less im affected. The buggers also know im allergic. Never been around a cat that hasnt decided my lap is the best place to sit, even ones that dont go near strangers normally, evil evil creatures!
 
1) Nose starts to run and bung up.
2) if I touch my face my eyes come all scratchy and runny.
3) next my asthma will kick in and that's when I have to get out of there.

When going into a building cats are I will take a anti histamine and my inhaler.
 
Sore, watery eyes, running nose, huge sneezing fits, breather becomes harder, it kinda sets off my asthma a little, coughing later ensues, and then coughing and sneezing and failing to see until you either get half a dozen pills down you or leave the place and have a shower.

TBH I wouldn't wish it upon anyone and if you're looking at the choice between being with a cat or not being with a cat if you have an allergy, then it would be mental to choose to share a space with a cat.
