My fave was when he gave me his phone number and hotel room he was at and told me to meet him and his friends so I could fight them or "stand and bang", only, the phone number was disconnected and now with hindsight he probably wasn't even there to begin with so even if I had of been local enough for it to be funny for me to go it would have been massively disappointing.
He did apologize but now who knows what was real and what wasn't (my guess is none of it was from that random anonymous email filled with evidence I got to my mod campaign email address)

I did post it but it was deemed inappropriate or the drama was not wanted or something, I probably still have it some where but still no one has come forward with who sent it to me. If enough time has passed and people don't mind I'll find it again and post it.
I doubt there was much of interest to him in motors once Diamond Mark was booted off.
To get suckered in like that is pretty nasty, its one thing to lie on the internet 2blacklines style, its another when people start basing irl decisions on it.
Did he lose money or something? Poor bloke. There were a few suckered in, and for what it's worth, he was very very convincing. I am just glad I was sensible, because I can easily see someone more trusting sending money to the bloke.

I'm not sure if anyone actually lost any money, but I know I had 2 emails from people asking me about him when I originally posted the email I got because he had offered them work on things it turned out didn't exist, that kind of thing. I didn't have any more to tell them other than what I posted though, I think it got deleted by mods who didn't want trouble, so I just forwarded the info on via email to those that asked and demonstrated they were being more than just nosey, but had actual beef over the whole thing.
So theres "Hi im a millionair play boy gangster" fantasizing and then theres taking it further and promising things to people based on the fantasy, both are sad and should be ridiculed, but one does a lot more actual harm.

Ah i remember josh paying DM to check out a car for him and it never happened and caused a big argument. So DM was a scammer then? damn good one to, to get everyone sucked in like that in the way he did it.

He showed pictures of a house and of a Bentley, don't assume they were his. The Bentley may well have been, or could have been a friends, or could have been on a forecourt of a local garage, or the pictures may have been taken from a garages website for sale section. I cant be bothered to dig up the email now but who ever sent it to me did one of those council check things and the house hadn't changed hands in a long long time and he had apparently only recently purchased it, so that didn't add up.
That was someone else, and yea, it went wrong.
