Is there any particular reason I see a lot of Akuma's doing:

clk, clp, clp or clp, clp, clp

instead of what I try to do which is

clk, clp, cmp or clp, clp, cmp

It's the same thing after a roundhouse is landed, see a ton of people linking with clk or clp instead of cmp

The links I try are more damaging but I drop them way too often online, are the other links just easier to execute?

Yeah it's easier to execute and you have more time to confirm. The best is probably cr.lp st.hp which the top Akumas use often, it's pretty easy to link too

After roundhouse I'd personally just go for a cr.jab to link the special move.. you don't lose out on much damage and you are guarenteed to land it

Sorry I missed you last night rash, was on Marvel and by the time I put AE on you were offline. Probably won't be on tonight so will probably get you tomorrow night if you're about, I'd also like another set with you Distorted if you can stand the boredom of beating me repeatedly.

This. When online I think its very important to go for combos you can land consistently even if it means sacrificing a bit of damage.

Yeah bro been on it a lot since 2012 has come out. Both my characters (Sim/Oni) are really good now so I think I have a good chance at taking that bradford tourny.. About to go play some now.. Feel free to add me if you want games

His blasts (anti air fire) all do hardknockdown. So he can get guarnteed fire into teleport mixups everytime he lands it or just escape and get space again. It's really good, the perfect buff. I use ex blast as my main anti air.

I love AE 2012 Cammy. I actually have a slightly better chance now, thats if i dont act like a total scrub.
