Steam Christmas Sale 2011

I was pretty disappointed that the batman DLC wasn't on special, only thing I wanted apart from batman lego and psychonauts.

edit: costume quest looks like a gem, from the creators of psychonauts!

Anyone got / played any of the Theatre of War games?

They look like quite my thing as I'm into WW2 stuff, but would like at least a recommendation for or against, as I dont trust reviews online.
If you liked men of war, but you want bigger areas to fight in and a more grand feeling to fighting then I think you'll like them.

I call it "WW2 Total War", although that might lead you to think theyre of the same quality as TW...please don't get that idea but I'm sure they're someones favourite games.

Don't bother with TOW 1 now as it is graphically aged.

Is there a website that tells you how to do the daily objectives?

Looking for help with the AI War obj, am I right thinking I can't do the spiral knights obj as a free player?

I bought that Dungeons of dredmor, great lil game I've been told but just couldn't get into it. Ah well no loss at 86p, less than a bottle coke

Is there anywhere on ocuk forums I can legitemately trade gifts?

I notice the MM says "strictly no traders" on every sub forum. Thanks.

Orcs Must Die is awesome, played a good few levels today. Only problem is the sound keeps looping every now and again. Not sure why, CPU usage is about 30%..

Cheers for that, was thinking of going for Kursk... cant really go wrong at the price.

Is it anything similar to a more realistically-scaled version of Company of Heroes then?

Really? What's it like? It sounded like a bit of a kids game from the description. Running around trick or treating and collecting costumes? Sounds lame.

EDIT: Read a review and the combat sounds interesting. I'll pick it up, for £3 what's the harm? Hopefully it'll run on my netbook.

They need to let you gift the games, so people can put money together and buy a pack together if they each have ones they want
