No hence the confusion

If anyone is interested the tables above are from random numerical currency conversion tests. These particular ones did not have labelled axis which is why I was getting to stressed and confused!

I believe the actual SHL ones employers use do actually have labels on, or at least one would hope!

Well I think if value as you say were random there must be labeling to say what is row and what is column, in fact simply putting 1 in front of USD or GBP would indicate that it is base currency thus you can work it out ie (1USD).

So yeah, tables you found are unprofessional or too professional
