Favouite Pub Quiz Questions

There are 3 things- a chicken, chicken food, and a fox. All have to go over the bridge but they can't go all at once only one by one. if the chicken is with the the chicken food the chicken will eat it. if the fox is with the chicken the fox will eat the chicken. How do you do it?

fox first, then chicken feed, then chicken. or is that just too easy?

*edit*
well, that would leave a lack of chicken feed when you get back from transporting the fox, but if you need no conflict at both ends at all times then its impossible doing this one at a time.
if you want no conflicts at either end unless you are at the start or finish area it would have to be

take chicken to finish area
walk back to start area
take fox to finish area
take chicken to start area
take chicken feed to finish area
walk back to start area
take chicken to finish area

The Titanic had two sister ships - name them...

What was Q's real name in the James Bond movies? (not the actor's name)

I'm on the moon...if I drop a feather in one hand and a hammer in the other (both at the same time), which one hits the ground first? (real Apollo experiment)

My first thought was a bullet, but you're probably right with a whip.

It is indeed the whip.

Pub quizzes have been ruined since the smartphones came along though, every team has someone frantically googling the answer.

You could always ask an entrapment question, e.g what is the first Google result if you search for spooge? If anyone gets it right their team is disqualified :)

One from a few weeks ago that I enjoyed, "What 10 things were Right Said Fred too sexy for"? Partly because it came at random in a round mostly about classics related things, and partly because it caused half the pub to start singing it to themselves while trying to pretend they didn't know it /that/ well.

I got 78. 79 if you count the pear tree. 61 if you take the femenists' point of view that women aren't gifts/objects :)

I'm being thick, how did you get 364, Tomsk?
