IF Soldado is awesome. Would like a SIF version though, this one doesn't compare to the 87 last year. I'd like to try David Villa instead of Mata and Messi at CF. ;)

Right guys need your help. Going to get rid of 2 of my squads and going to spend 300k on a Serie A team. Which is better for Serie A 4-4-2 or 4-1-2-1-2. I'm swaying towards 4-4-2 because it saves me at least 27k compared to 4-1-2-1-2 but I have never tried 4-4-2 so it could potentially suck.

Does the CM's in 4-4-2 defend? I was thinking of going for either Vidal or Cambiasso for the defensive minded CM and Sneijder or SIF Marchiso for the attack CM.

Terrys far too slow. Lescott ain't great either.

I use Ferdinand and Toure. So reasonably quick.

I have King and Luiz on the bench.

King is a total bargain for what you get, I think I might go down that route, bump Terry.

Teams looking good, only thing I'd say is think about getting rid of Essien. The reason I say that is you're playing with two CDM's there really. Where it might be better to get a Modric / Silva / Nasri / Gerrard / Lampard in there, who are more attack minded.
 
Got most of my spanish team assembled 2 cm and right back
Short but pulled alves from a pack do I keep him and wait
Or sell him and buy ramos,ozil and alonso/kaka with the proceeds plus the coins

Yeah I understand that but the way I play, I play quite defensively and break quickly with my guys on the wings, I may give Nasri a try in there if i can pick up some cheap CF-CAM-CM cards.

I realise that wouldnt be sensible financially, does it affect much if i just play Nasri in CAM form as a CM?

Shouldn't effect you much at all really. It's worth giving it a try.

I personally wouldn't change the positions of players if you don't know if it'll work.

Maybe, for a quick game, pick up a dead cheap option like Tarabaat for example and see what he's like when getting forward. Then you can think about selling Nasri and buying a new CM one, or purchasing another midfielder.

he has had huge increases to his defending, i think its a joke his OVR only went up by 1, then some guys get a small boost and they put the OVR up by 3.

Milan have been playing extremely well and he is the main reason, he is a beast, and im sure Brazil will win the next world cup especially with the amount of talent now abundant in the liga da brasil attacking wise.

iirc they bring out UP versions twice, as the first time round De Ceglie went from silver to gold in the first round of upgrades last year, then Mexes got an upgrade making his normal version the exact same as the IF. i wasnt best pleased when that happened, i lost a good 50K as the IF was one of the best CB's in the game and rare, then they made his normal version the exact same meaning prices plummeted.

custom formation is the way forward and editing their work rates, but it only works sometimes though, as i still find maicon up near the opposing box from time to time

he is a price fixer's wet dream, i doubt he will go very low, with IF Johnson being 70K ish and Richards is a lot better. Try and get him in happy hour, you might get lucky and bag him or Silva, etc.

im actually thinking of selling maicon and bringing abate back, as maicon attacks far too much for my liking and i dont like going defensive to stop him.
