yeh and the sticks traps and mobile spawn tunnels.

That game was best bf IMo, great maps, perfect balance of arcade versus sim, vehciles vs infantry...SO well balanced. Easy to control vehciles, wide range of diff type maps, camoflague, jungle etc... Love it.

The reason is people are trying to play Battlefield like it's COD, that's my guess. Running around like you're on steroids works to a degree, but takes all the fun out of the game.

Don't find one hit kills very fun, sometimes I was killed just as I stepped out from behind a wall at distance. Something seriously wrong with this DLC release, was perfect before it came out

Does anyone know how to run the AN-94 succesfully?

It seems bad tbh, the recoil is horrifying!

The QBB-95 on the otherhand = Sex.

QBB-95 + Foregrip + Silencer + PK-A has to be one of my best setups!

The AN94s strength lies in its ability to do a 2 round burst fire mode, with both bullets leaving the barrel in quick sucession, so quick in fact, they are almost in the barrel at the same time. This means the 2nd bullet will always hit exactly the same place as the first.

This means its very good for long ranges, the sort of ranges you'd struggle to shoot accurately with an assault rifle. That's its strength.

Got to have a decent couple of hours play last night on the nM server and unlocked the UMP - wow! The game was running flawlessly for me usually around 70fps on ultra, except when gunner in tank and main cannon fired which would cause a lot of smoke lag? Anyway, my K : D is usually around 0.8 as I like to blow up vehicles, which inevitably means a few deaths before taking down a tank for me, but last night i was just run and gunning and for nearly the whole time was getting 1.7-2.8 K : D, well happy

Game still isnt as fun as BC2 tho, rockets and c4 explosions are meh :rolleyes:

I didn't know you could have multiple tugs and spawn points out. This totally changes how I'll approach recon then. If it proves to be fun and useful perhaps I'll stick with it even after getting soflam

Re: snipers, does it get easier with an upgrade? The basic gun you get at the beginning I find absolutley useless.

Just don't bother using the semi-auto sniper rifles, always use the single shot ones.

Unless I am missing something, you can't. You have a single T-UGS and a single radio beacon.

I think they reload at a support ammo box. I've never tried putting two of the same thing down though, I always assumed the first one would disappear.

The default fire mode is 2 round burst, leave it on this.

Stick a heavy barrel on it and it's a beast, just make sure you stick a sight/scope on it as iron sights are rubbish.

Trying to work out the slug on the shotgun. I get a feeling if you start strafing with it, the accurary comepletely gets killed off, which makes it almost useless in CQB. It's good fun if you have some range, but lets be honest, it's better up close and personal...

anyone else have any different findings? This is with the 870 (this is with first pump action shotgun you get)

You can't, but you can pickup the existing one - OR when you resupply, and re-deploy the existing one will explode/disappear.

The heavy barrel only makes the 1st shot accurate, the 2nd shot should be worse if using the heavy barrel, which is self defeating on the burst mode. Better off with silencer, no?
