Not sure what Cat C means

Cat C is not a problem for cars of this calibre, could have only been a bumper crack, no need to run a mile, could be a bargain there.
However that Clio looks horrid

See this is why I asked, the car itself is exactly what I'm after, even insurance quotes weren't bad for my first car, but I'll pass for now. My quest for a clio goes on![]()
God. My lessons were in a Corsa and I couldn't wait to get as far away from Vauxhalls as possible.
Surely you can get something better than a Clio?
