Still can't get in to register a subscription.

Haven't been able to play today at the times I have been free to do so.

Lost a day of play that I have paid for just down to the fact they want my details for payment in a month's time. Surely they should have only asked for a subscription to be set up once the initial game time has expired.

weve had some discussion about this and are of varied opinions. in any event, for this game, thats the way they want to do it.
 
I've got egg on my face now. Forgot the answer to one of my security questions. Now I'm locked out and I can't get on the site to get the number to ring support.
 
Finally cleared the queue, clicked to add sub.....................back in the queue!

Just got home and added my card details. Waited in the "waiting room" for about 2 minutes and then another couple of mins updating. Now in the queue for Niman.

Why all the rage from everyone? Seemed simple enough.
 
just bought SWTOR from origin but its not turning up in my games library.
I think something has gone wrong, my card was billed almost instantly though.
 
Can someone please let me know what is going on as your posts are confusing me.

Ordered from shopto and entered my redemption code the day before official launch date. Managed to play fine all up until today where it says my account has no valid subscription.

Just checked and my box says at the bottom 30 day subscription included so what exactly is going on?
 
There is 30 days included in the price of the game but you have to enter your credit/debit card, game time card, details before it'll let you play.
