So, this guy gets hit in the head with a broom, the police doesn't do anything and now he has "died" in his sleep?

Doesn't that seem suspicious, OP, I would be covering up the evidence now if I were you.

Not funny. The guy that did this attack was a complete psycho. I heard through a friend exactly what happened. They were neighbours in a block of flats.

Best advice is to man up and seize the power he has over you. You are easy meat and he will continue to kick your ass, like someone has mentioned before he knows how to deal with the Police so you going to have to sort it yourself.

Might be sarcasm or something on your part, but hes referring to my example where someone was hit on the head by a metal pipe, claimed he was fine and died that night in his sleep.

Okeydoke, I retract my previous statement. Best thing for the OP to do is get back in his flat ( might be an idea to sweep and tidy the stairs up first ) lock the door and never, ever come out again.

Well thanks for the great comments guys, I'm just gonna try stay as far away as possible. I figure he's gonna be in court on Monday for breach of the peach and the police done what they can, well until they saw a solicitor. I hope he gets a nice fine for christmas and if he has a go again this has been recoreded and he'll get done for everything. Pitty I need to get assaulted again tho.

LOL ! Nah I spoke to the police and got rather upset that he only got breech of the peace. I said "Ok so he got off with assaulting me" they said "no we will be seeing him on court on monday for breech of the peace", So it appears they have actully tried there best to get something, i'm just annoyed it wasn't assault as that is what actully happened.

Don't believe the Police. They will say anything to keep you happy and get a testimony from you so they can get the easiest conviction with the least paperwork.

Just read over the thread again, I didn't mean to say i'm happy about someones friend passing away after being hit in the head. I ment it ironically as tho it made me concerned. Seems some people thought I ment that was a good thing, It is not cool at all.
