Cheapest way to ring a UK mobile

Skype is charging 20 bloody cent a minute to call a UK mobile, which after an hour phone call is pretty bloody expensive!

So is there some el cheapo way to ring? Or at least more palatable?

Do you have a work vpn? Setting up your own Sip server is really the cheapest, but you can't do that now. I guess if you are calling for long enough you could buy a uk vpn.
