Places to visit with girlfriend in Manchester - Day/Nightlife

Hi,
we are going to Manchester on Wednesday 28th.

Can you guys recommend places to go during day: shops, etc...
good restaurant(s) ...and club(s) with rnb music (for Thursday night)

Ideally somewhere in city centre/ deansgate...

Places to go during the day = Trafford Centre.

Good restaurants, well I like the Gaucho Grill at Picadilly Gardens.

Really can't comment on a decent club, because for some odd reason you want RnB.

yeah, Trafford centre is a must on a list during the day.

I would probably advise against going to the Trafford centre. I cant think of a shop worth going to that isn't also located in the city centre, add with this all the bars and independent retailers around and about the city centre i can't see a reason to go unless you are a family with children or the weather is terrible.

lol, probably taking all too seriously,..well, after 2 flights-straight to the office and only 4 hours of sleep...my sense of humour is not with me atm..
As to the internet, I am next to PC almost all the time- but dealing with more serious people...
