antec kuhler h2o 920 Problem

Hi all i know the antec kuhler h2o 920 is cheating at water cooling but im just wondering if anyone here has this cooler , the problem im having is with the ChillControl software , its saying "Cannot Connect to Chill Control device.
Check USB connection on device and restart the chill control application" every time i run ChillControl , ive tryed changing the USB header and the Antec Light on the pump is on (Green) but just cant get the software working any help would be great.

Try reinstalling the software, get the newest one from the antect website, might just help

Thanks for your reply Pengu1n , i tryed the website drivers and its still not working hmm maybe its not liking my motherboard im using a "ASUS M5A99X EVO"

I am sure a few other threads have been posted in generaly hardware with this exact problem, I don't remember if any had a solution though, lemme have a quick search

antec kuhler h2o 920 chill control

hello,i had problems with the chill control software. i have now got it working on my foxconn motherboard. 1st i removed the kuhler's usb cable from the motherboard. 2nd i installed the software from the c.d. (not from antec web site) 3rd i connected the usb cable to the top 5 pins of the motherboard's internal usb connector ( this is important) with the black wire facing left and not facing right as stated in the install guide, hope this helps you.
