Stag do in Norwich....no, really. Ideas guys?

Perhaps it isn't free, not everyone will have the same arrangement as you claim to have.

claim? lol, that is the arrangement

i just googled this

"Went to Prague and we had to pay for everything for the stag from the flights, accomodation, all drinks, whores etc...cost us all a bloody fortune...this ****** me off (as the guy was loaded)...still...hes coming to my stag do if only for me to reap my revenge on him for making me skint."

so yeah looks like it's the done thing, stag usually doesn't pay for anything, but then in the same thread i noticed in some situations that usually the stag pays for his own flight/accomodation but all the booze/lap dances/food, etc is free.

I know a cracking owl sanctuary!

Seriously thats the first Alan Partridge quote of the thread... very disappointed :(

Rent a canal boat?

That or pay for him to camp in a field and walk up a big hill (definitely involved leaving Norwich though). We had to do the for a mates stag last summer, very funny weekend, just a bit odd.

Price of Wales road, similar to a bar street in Spain, loads of bars/clubs of all kinds with some lap dancing clubs as well.

Main strip goes until about 3am with other places then doing the all night thing.

I'm a Londoner living in Norfolk and Norwich is a great night out

Start at riverside, then stumble into the bars at Prince of Wales Road, there is some nice pubs and bars in the old part of the city then go back to Prince of Wales Road and go into the Mercy discothèque.

What he said, Start at riverside which is where the train station is then 10 min walk to price of wales road.

You guys need to forget Norwich and get your sorry asses over to Cardiff. Mental night out, full of clunge.

If the issue is with what can be afforded then a canal boat is probably out, I don't think they're particularly cheap even in the off season. However I'm not going to be much help with what to do there as that's about the only reason I've gone, well that and having relatives there.

Mercy is now closed.

The best club in Norwich now is either Project or Lola Lo's

Lola's is a dump. Full of total tools every time I go in there. Project is okay, mind. Mercy was chavvy as hell but actually a very funny night out if you were a bit drunk, shame it's gone.

Thankfully Knowhere and the scum of the earth it contained has closed, let's hope Kartel/Havanas goes down with it soon.

Can't wait to be back in bristol in january, I really don't like this place anymore :(

I liked Knowhere :)

I like dnb and Dubstep though, so they had some good nights for me.

Going to project new years eve, should be good :)

Definitely this...or maybe head a little more West for Swansea if you like dem orange girls

I used to live in Cardiff and already done a stag do in Swansea.

Cardiff is too close? He wants to go somewhere further but Norwich would not make my list. We should knock him out and take him to Bristol lol

Trust me on this, Norwich is a hell of a lot less scummy than Bristol. However Bristol is where my favourite music originated, so I wouldn't mind going on a proper club night out there :)
