My mate had to see this from his car this morning:

http://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.u...riously_injured_in_fall_from_motorway_bridge/

Seriously, if you're going to do that, why feel the need to make tens of other people watch you do it?

My friend is properly upset, and understandably. Have some consideration for others, selfish ****.

That's his Christmas and New Year overshadowed by someone else's selfishness.

He saw them jump, no accident. He was approaching the bridge on his side of the carriageway.

Besides, how can you 'accidentally' fall off a bridge? I know the bridge in question, it's quiet and there's no reason to jump off it onto the busy M65.

Even for OcUK that was a pretty silly question.

I didn't see it, a mate did. And besides, aren't you about 16 KingArthur?

There's a lot you haven't seen that will mess you up. When you come moaning on here about it, I'll remind you just to 'deal with it'

Ah yes, but hes 16, when he comes on with Dramas, they will be nothing like anyone has ever experienced before, he will be the only one who has ever felt like he feels, she will have been holding that other boys hand!!!

This post = mindblown

Inconsiderate? Bloody hell. Suicidal people have way more problems to think about than how 'considerate' they are, and that's not considering the extremely high likelihood that he may have been depressed or similar.

A bit of a selfish and self-centred opinion imo :|.

Dont quote me on this BUT im pretty sure when you are suicidal to the point where you actually have "committed" to throwing yourself off, you don't actually care too much about being considerate or the mess you make. If you are worried about the mess you will make im sure you wont jump.

Beaten like the suicidal ginger step child.

Meh, one of my old room mates pretty much cut himself/hang himself every 2 weeks ( of course he failed because he was just an attention seeker) but still, this stuff didn't really affect me, I could care less if he died or not too. Maybe it's from growing up with a policeman/ex-military for a father.

Unfortunately depression is a change in the chemical balance in the brain, and as such can make you have irrational thoughts (I know I've been through a mild form), and so it actually really isn't a concious thought that other people would have.

As sad as it was for your mate to see (and I honestly mean that as I am sure it is not a nice thing to see), spare a thought for this persons family, and for this person themselves who honestly thought that this was the only way out for him. Its always sad when someone commits suicide.

OP are you for real.. that was probably the jumpers last concern, obviously has something else to worry about at the time.
Better than a brick through your window from a bridge is it not?
