i used to be a great admirer of gigabyte stuff but lately they have made/had some unfortunate discussions and incidents
 
So many hardware issues recently with boards such as the SATA fiasco, I think this shows how quality is plummeting most likely due to cost cutting.
 
Sure there was an issue not long ago with GB OCed GTX 480's not running at specified volts too.

But no need to run away, Gigabyte have always been a awesome company and at least they are dealing with the issue. Hope this doesnt damage there rep too much.
 
I think a lot of companies are rushing out their products to keep up or keep ahead i guess, and not testing it properly enough. OCZ comes to mind with their latest SSDs
