what's your team and what's your budget?

my 4321 team was solid and scored for fun, especially david villa, the guy is a goal machine for sure with Ibra and Aguero that i have used.

he is also the best free kick taker i have used so far and ive used quite a few.

Keep your strikers as they are. It's good to have them on opposite sides as you can cut in and finesse around the keeper. Both your strikers have good finesse shots, so makes sense.

he currently has IF Bibotelli as RST, and he has a decent power shot, i think his finesse shots are poo anyway and he is right footed.

Yeah with a left footer on the left and a right on the right, you wont be able to utilise finesse shots as much, but im thinking having Messi instead of Balotelli would make up for that

It would, but to get the most out of messi you need to play him on the right. His finesse shots are deadly, you can just cut inside or take the first time into the corners.
 
I did actually feel bad in that first game! :o:p Heskey is a game breaker though what can I say :D good games, no idea what is up with me at the moment :eek:

That's funny as the thing I noticed with you is that you had Carroll for example at LST and Aguero RST, I was going to mention it would be if they were swapped round but forgot, you had them like that for every game...

Indeed. I generally play with Torres and Aguero with Aguero on the right as his left foot I find better.

With Carroll he's rubbish at finessing, so no point him being in the right! But he has a hammer shot when approaching the goal, I use him on the left for that reason.

I find finesse is all about the positioning of the player and not their actual shot. Agbonlahor for example, doesn't have the best shooting but get him in a position to finesse he will score every time. Even the better players like Aguero, finesse from a central position and they'll usually miss so you may find Carroll is a good finesser but you're just shooting from angles that aren't the best..

160k here. Gradually making a bit each day. Can't wait to actually make a team again. Then sell it within a couple of hours and make a new one.
