Hi guys,

Im thinking of getting the EVGA GTX 460 superclocked card to go along with my 460 MSI Hawk. Both cards are the 1G versions.

Would there be any problems with two different make of cards?

And also would there be much of a performance increase??

Thanks

As both are 1gb cards theyll sli fine, however both will run at the speed of the slowest card. This can be overcome by overclocking both to a slightly higher speed than the fastest card. Cant really say much on the performance difference over a single card, as i havent got any games on my sli 460 rig just yet.:o

From the reviews I read a while ago when the 460 was released the SLI scaling was excellent. In some games upto a 90% increase. Check out some old reviews.
