Slow launch of Battlefield 3

Not sure if it’s an Origin problem or Game problem.
Can anyone tell me how to speed up the mega slow launch of Battlefield 3.

Solved my slow loading by going from 4gb to 8gb of ram. It made a surprising amount of difference for me.

More ram and an SSD are your only options at present.

Sorry to have given you a problem, I did think about posting this request for help on the BF3 thread, however I am not sure if it's a BF3 problem or more an Origin issue.

I have 8gb ram, running an i7 2600k running at 4.5 GHz.

I have never used Origin before, always steam, is Origin that slow ???

The game loads slowly for everyone unfortunately. Like has been said, increased RAM and an SSD are the only sure fire ways to speed it up. You can tell who has an SSD as a few of you will spawn 20 seconds in front of everyone else at the beginning of a new round.

as others state SSD if it bothers you and to be honest, just buy an SSD as it will make your life better and more attractive to the opposite sex

big maps and shiny graphics take time to load.(if they load)
