What graphics card do you have and more importantly, what third party software do you use with it? I ask this as it sounds like theres a very dodgy setting the game hates which you've set on your graphics card. Nvidia cards especially have some big compatibility problems when you enabled ambient occlusion and transparent AA methods via the driver.

Basically if you activate 3 times within a month. You have to wait 30 days before you can activate another 3 times I think. I personally hate this system after all if you pay for something should be able to install as many times as you whant when you want.

ive got a 6990m the flagship mobile amd gfx card no third party except the stock dell drivers which i think are catylst 12.1 apparently says my graphics properties

Got Deus Ex from GMG, but I did grab Magic the Gathering 2012, with the expansion and two deck packs. Seems like something different to play from the usual mix of Action, RPG, FPS, racing etc etc

Edit: be careful with Grid. Last thing I'd heard Codies had shut down the servers for online play. Not sure how true this is, so it is worth finding out.
