Started on my 4th prestige this morning with the MK14 - Striker combo and pwned plenty of newbs

and for anyone who hasnt tried the MK14 i definitely recommend it for medium - long range its pretty beastly .

I've only Prestiged once & am up to about 60 now, **** prestige now though I want to max out all my guns/perks/stuff & just kill people.

Yeah it's a nice Rifle, but when the hit detection isn't there it's awful. It's not too shabby up close on a silencer and rapid fire.

This game is terrible for team work. Play domination and no one even bothers to capture any bases just run around killing each other to get kill streaks then try rape the map via choppers etc but don't seem to realize you don't win that way. Then on capture the flag every damn time it seems to be only me who actually goes to capture the flag the rest just camp and wait for the enemy to come get it, actual terrible.

Mercenary type games is trash 9/10 times for the pure fact of above. But then go into say a non merc type game and it's just one clan stacking up against all the pub noobs lol. So hard to get a good game on this just purely down to idiot selfish team mates.

PS3... Although i've got an xbox as well so considering just buying it for that as PS3 online is pretty dull. I actually like the game as a whole but just the constant carry on of everyone trying to protect their k/d ratios so they hide or lay claymores round the flag/domination site lol.

i find its impossible to hold the site especially with at least 2 nades going off every few seconds, im finding that im constantly running around the place, on kill confirmed all that happens is you get shot in the back constantly.

i only try and hold the site if we have sentry guns or decent air support.

everyone is always running towards the site so they never look for guys running about shooting them in the side or back

That's what Trophy Systems and Blast Shield are for. You get 20 points a second in the zones which is better than 1 kill every 3 seconds.

I have always thought the modern cod series would have been far better if the kill death ratio only existed for FDA/tdm modes and the win/loss ratio was the main one highlighted for all modes.

They're well aware they won't win that way but only play to rack up kills to improve their k/d ratio. I've played games where people on my own team have moaned when i've planted bombs in demolition :rolleyes:

I've just watched myself die twice on the same killcam

For the first death he killed me as I ran past his corner and I spawned straight away only to be killed again by the same guy seconds later. The deaths were so close together that I was able to watch my first death as well as my second death on the same killcam

This was on Village which is one of the biggest maps in the game and it had the other half of the map to spawn me on, but instead spawned me within 3 steps of where I just died.

Regarding people not playing objectives I think there should be a penalty like no experience or stats if you dont claim any dom points in domination (not sure how it would work on other objective game modes though!) Also people that sit still too long should automatically appear on the radar, or just spontaneously combust!

Nothing more annoying than playing with randoms that look at you like an idiot trying to cap a dom point and you lose the game by 1 point because theyre stood in the shadows with a sniper......

I dont find it fun camping or laying prone in 1 spot for too long, on my current prestige I still dont have 30 prone kills and I'm in the late 70's

We played one last night where the other side, despite having high ranked players got 19 points in total on domination. Pretty much the whole game they let us dominate while they tried to get to the same building to scope from.

I think they took a step in the right direction with this one allowing captures to add to a streak. On domination/objective games they still need to make it more appealing. Either double the xp or have a multiplier for number of points captured.

I've been playing with the MSR tonight mostly to unlock a title thinking Hardcore would be the way to go and damn that mode is just about worst of all with compensation.

I don't know if its because more people with bad connections are on there, but I just went back to core TDM and unlocked it no bother. In fact I was doing ok so I carried on using it for fun

Yes! Just got my first MOAB and my heart is pounding haha, was using specialist streaks so I got to 24, died then realised Hardline was activated! So chuffed!

Give up playing anything other than TDM.

Every other objective based game fails due to half the team not having a clue what there doing, or cant be bothered to cap a flag/plant a bomb...

Even TDM is getting aggravating due to 3/4 of the players sitting in corners with a sniper rifle and dual FMG's.... stupid *******

Predator>Reaper>AC130 ruins Dom for me its either that or enemy poormans Assault higher rewards on Support. Barebones isn't really viable with the low number of players, but I'd prefer to run Specialist maybe a Specialist only mode would work.
