£150 to get something PAYG

Any idea? GF's phone is buggered so this is just a quick fix option, she's got 9months contract left. Blackberry is preferred but open to other ideas, where's the cheapest place to buy PAYG? her sim is Orange. Android would be best avoided, and so is touchscreen :/ Ta much.

I think you can get Blackberry 9300's for a reasonable price now, my wife has one in pink!!! Loves the thing has full qwerty, wifi and hsdpa/3g and runs OS6. Orange shop have them for £159.
