can someone recomend dvi please

hi i recently bought a blu ray internal but I found out the hard way I need to use Digital signals such as HDMI or Dvi. can someone tell me the right cable to get please my graphics card is 9800gt 1gb and my monitor is BenQ G2222HDL 21.5

I need a dvi to hdmi adapter to display 1080p on my lcd tv (not the monitor) i already have a hdmi, and I need a dvi cable to go straight into my monitor from the pc its self.

DVI Cables are all listed as different lengths, just choose what length you think you'll need:

2 Metres

Goes from the DVI out on the graphics card to the DVI in on the monitor,

and one of these to go into the 2nd DVI port,http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CB-028-OK

This is all assuming your 9800gt is the variety with 2 DVI ports

Thank you both for the recomendations the 3m should be fine for me and the hdmi adapters spot on as I have a hdmi cable to go straight into it will order nw thank you. The graphics card has 2 slots I'm new to this dvi thing
