With a Y splitter at each end 2 45s one for ear other for mouth

that is such a good deal in fact that i am going to turn this into one of the new tech labs kits I am working on.

I like bay reservoirs, I'd go for one of the xspc single bay dual pump jobbies.

If you then move the psu up you could probably replace the bottom of the case with a 360 radiator and use the psu to push the air through one end with two fans. It'd be a lot of work but should be doable.
