Hey guys,

I'm been contemplating getting the X4 as a gaming keyboard for a while now. I do have my sights also set on a Razer Lycosa but I've hears some problems with it and apparently the Anti-Ghosting is rubbish in it?

Anti-Ghosting is important for me so maybe the X4 has it all?

I can't really find any other alternatives. Can anyone suggest any?

Edit: I'm also looking at the Steelseries 7G but it's quite expensive... but probably better than a G19 for my uses. There's also the Steelseries Shift Gaming Keyboard that OCUK sell (would prefer to give them business).
Cheers.

I've just got an X4 today - not tested yet but all the reviews say you can press something like 21 keys at the same time OK. My boss at work also has one and says it's good. £30odd can't complain.

Will report back when tested.

Very wise choice Tazz, I just bought one of the x4 and they are great. You are so lucky you didn't get the Lycosa, they ARE shocking. Pretty much 80% of them don't even work. But you can't go wrong with the x4 ;) Have fun.

I have the X4. Really good keyboard and can't believe the features you get for £30 notes. My only gripe is that I wish I could buy it with blue backlighting.

Theres mod pages floating around where you can change the lights...cant remember where too, but I know its on a competitor forum.

It looks like a fantastic keyboard for the price and judging by the comments, everyone loves it.

The Steelseries 7G is a mechanical keyboard that I'm really tempted to get but the cheaper version (Shift) is similar but not mechanical. The Shift has Anti-Ghosting for 7 key clicks. Has anyone had experience with any of these?
