Any way to do this? I currently have 3 hds (ssd, hybrid and storage) and I found an old TB drive hanging around, as I thought i'd never need more than 3 I removed the HD tower and installed my 3 in the smaller section of my case. (NZXT Phantom)

Now I want to install this one, I could reinstall the other tower but I like the simplicity + increased airflow. Any kind of adapters to mount Hdd's in dvd bays?

cable ties, but best bet would be to move the ssd as they're a lot easier to mount in non-standard places.

In that case I'd mount the ssd/hybrid in a dvd bay with cable ties (it'll be easier due to the adaptor plate) and stick the 1tb in their place.

there is an adapter around somewhere that allows you to get a 3.5" HDD and two 2.5" SSDs into 1 5.25" bay. i cant for the life of me remember who did it though so i'll do some searching

*edit*
found this, which is almost what i was thinking of:
StarTech 5.25 Bay Mounted 2.5 & 3.5 SATA Hard Drive Dock

however, it looks like you have three 3.5" drives and 1 2.5" drive, so something like this, but with a 2.5" device slot squeezed at the edge would be perfect for you:

I've seen that, icydock have released an adaptor to allow two ssd into one of their current hotswap bays which is very very very cool.

how permanent is the adhesive on velcro tape? i don't want to have a permanent fluffy patch in the back of my case
