lol just watching out my window which is blocked with one way sun film whist playing BF3 and see my dodgy polish neighbour stick on different number plates over the top of his current ones. 10 mins later he comes out in bulky clothing and a baseball cap pulled right down and drives off...... oh dear wonder what the crime is .... petrol properly

Hmm. I'm no expert and of course I don't know your neighbours but it sounds to me as if they are dodgy and preparing for crime.

its anti glare film, but handy as it mirrors my study windows which looks out onto the street, which is very quiet to be fair, not much going on until now.... im off for a weekend away soon, but hoping they come back in the next hour so i can see the haul

Aye, ring the police non emergency number, or crime stoppers, at the very least they're almost certainly using dodgy plates which itself is illegal (I can't think of any reason for a normal person to stick a different registration over the normal one).
