Right, so contract cancellation notice given, PAC code received and playing the waiting game...
So you think the GS3 will be released around March/April? If so, i'll wait with buying the Nexus.

Phone arrived earlier on this week and only really got to play with it yesterday. Firstly great service from Affordible Mobiles! Order placed on Saturday Evening, delivery dispatch notice email on Monday and arrived via DPD next day delivery on Tuesday! Also received a free accessories pack with universal car charger, universal main charger, screen protectors, case and hands-free Bluetooth ear piece. Also £60 Quidco tracked but not confirmed yet!
As the the phone. Gorgeous screen and feels much snappier than my old HTC hero. Thanks very much for everyone who helped, definately feel I made the right choice with this one.

Now help me make the most of it please!
Rather than starting another thread I will just continue this one. I've been reading through the essential android apps & SGSII thread but it is just far to long and am getting lost in there, also most of it seems orientated towards flashing the ROM etc which I don't have a clue about. Read a few other threads and have downloaded some apps based on various peoples' advice but now I just want to consolidate it.
1. What can I do to remove the Samsung and three bloatware. Been through most of the menus and can't see any options to remove the things I don't need, such as Samsung Hub, 3MusicStore-widgets and crap like Monopoly Here etc etc!!
2. Antivirus - using 14 day free trial of lookout and will probably switch to the free version after as I don't need the backups. What else is out there? Don't mind paying (with in reason) but certainly not a monthly fee!
3. Advanced Task Killer (free) - using this at the minute to close unwanted apps but I find that a lot of applications open by themselves, such as gallery, fm radio, email, market etc etc. Is this slowing the phone down/eating battery unnecessarily? Will paid version or other task killer app automatically close these or even prevent them from opening?
4. Music - using PowerAMP. Happy with this. Other suggestions welcome.
5. 3G Data monitor - 3G Watchdog. Never used this before but installed on the advice of a thead in these forums. Seems OK and does the job.
6. Recommended other apps?
Again sorry for long post but thanks for all your help!
Thanks for all the advice folks. Anyone use juice defender?
