Im already getting into thinking about a bigger rad, but im wondering whether the pump would be sufficient.
If say, i went to a double rad that was thicker also, would the extra water capacity cause the pump problems, and is it easy enough to refill this system after the rad is changed?
Im running an i5 @ 4.6 and would like to push for maybe 5ghz
Any advice please?

The Antec 620 Kuhler?

This is a sealed system so not really designed for adding larger radiator. People have done it but I imagine you'd need to completely replace the tubing.

What temps are you getting at 4.6? Is this an i5 2500K?

I have 2 viper fans in a push pull set up working off pwm so it only gets up to aroun 65-68c with prime.
Gaming for around 3 hours last night on battlefield 3 and the temps were stable at around 58, so not too bad.
Just wanted to know if there is possibility for improvement.

Yes, its an i5 2500k

no chance of improving it without modding
