Gratz Wab, wasn't around when you dinged :)

What's the best healing class that also is fun? Have my Shadow main, but was thinking a commando healer, any thoughts?

Need to find a faster way of gaining xp as sniper, been stuck on lvl 39 for ages now and only just over the halfway mark. Tried the pvp thing for hutball a few times but as it's usually full of 50's so most kills come from people already damaged or near death :)

Any tips?

I see The Immortals has an Empire guild on Niman. Any chance I could an invite to it? My character is a level 38 Sith Juggernaut called Obraniak. I finally got a taste of world PVP back on Alderaan at level 32. Killed a Jedi Sentinel and a Smuggler, so it's 2-0 to me! However, I haven't seen any Republic players since then. Hopefully I can get to level 50 this coming week before I leave for Scotland and my new Job!

Tho mine is a JC I think the Commando are great for healing and maybe more fun to play.

Yeah we do have one I'm not on it much but some are, if you pop on our mumble tomorrow night earl-ish before I get involved in guild things I can jump across and invite you.

anyone know of a market site for this where you can see approx values of gear?

Got a purple "advanced guardian hilt 2" but no idea on prices etc, or is it just a case of trying to find similar in the market ?

I just go with the recommended price when selling on the market - even then things don't always sell.

Its really hard to sell anything on my server, I have been putting stuff on at 1/4 of the recommended price and most dont sell then, so I have just been vendoring them so make some space.

I need to buy some speakers. I have an infection in my gum at the moment which has made my cheek very sore and swollen, so I can't wear my headset.

The game just doesn't feel the same without sound. It feels like I am missing out on a lot of the story that makes the questing so fun, so I've decided to sideline the game until I can wear my headset again.

What about in-ear headphones, would you be able to use those without discomfort?

Tbh, the running around isnt that bad.

At level 14 you get sprint, with is the same as a low level mount (in regards to speed increase), you then get a fast +90% mount at l25.

The only thing they could perhaps change is reduce it to level 10 - so you get sprint with your advanced class.

Most of the criticisms I've seen are of MMO's in general - not specifically for TOR.

My current gripe atm is that the CC immunity does not seem to be working quickly enough & how over-powered the trooper/BH is in pvp (played well @ 50 compared to other 50 classes).

From the patch notes listed - they all look great, but is there any news on the texture bug fix?, as I'm sick to death of having my game look terrible because it's got the textures stuck on low (regardless of settings)

Hit level 40 (finally) last night while doing the main story and the final encounter just couldnt be done. Kaliyo is pathectic for a tank. There's 5 goons, 2 of which are the main targets both around 8000hp each, with the other 3 being run-of-the-mill goons which die easily. my problem is, despite now fully completing all the ones i want in the Marksmanship tree, is i could not take them all down before Kaliyo dies yet again and i get rapidly owned. And a final insult was the medical probe was 9 mins away so the ones i had already killed respawned anyway so it was the same result a second time..

Really need a buff for Kaliyo as she's currently the only one made for it, Vector is totally useless despite the damage he does. Lokin is a fool that runs right into the middle of mobs rather than hang back and keep me healed.....sooooo annoying!

is there ANYONE whos on BXun battle circle??????

Id like to quote the following song from the movie team america

"im so lonelyyy....."

Atm have only played 1 flashpoint as the server is soo empty of players atm, yet it classed as a heavy server, really fustrating, i hope some more people get onto it so we can do some group quests and get more brits there.

Im looking to find out what ports i should open for this game.
does any1 have any idea on what should be open.
want to help getting disconected. thx in response. ;)

Got to l48 last night, not long left.

Came up against the first instance me & my bro can't 2 man.

Celluloid war game - the companions don't work the turrets.

But so far have completed (at the right level - so no overleveling) every single flashpoint upto & including The Red Reaper with 2 sith warriors & two companions (no CC).

I'd strongly recomend everybody 2 man's the flashpoints /w companions - it's a great way to force you to learn how to play your class.

You much always interrupt all casts, string short term CC's, assign primary/secondary interuptors - kiting, force charge -> kite combo's - along with all the rest of the mechanics.

Most fun I've had so far + the loot drops are 99% of the time med or heavy armour.
