I'm a bit more technologically gifted compared to my colleagues. I sit at home and moderate via the internet. If I see anything that needs moderated I then call up dwarfs4hire, hire a dwarf and he then unicycles to the mod panel at OcUK HQ where I then talk him through what to do over the phone.
I am playing all the right notes, just not necessarily in the right order.
