There's too much negativity in here! I pity the poor buggers who are coming in here for a look and all they see is people with higher levels and 50s moaning about the game. I think some people have just burnt out as much as anything else.

I play for a couple hours every day and I'm nowhere near the cap - just playing with my friends, soloing and generally enjoying the stories. I am not bored and will log in as soon as the servers open today.

Yes, there are issues and niggles, but I think it's only appropriate to point out that many of my friends and I are thoroughly enjoying the game and will continue to do so for some time yet.

Any news on the content of the patch?

I can second this.

I do worry about hitting 50 and having enough to do to keep interested but by the time I get to that stage there will be more anyway... and if not then they have had their chance.

Are you both on Mumble - i think we should start getting a bit more "guildy" and what not - i run a local Vent for me/Buck/Sky and Likeaboss but be good to get you lot involved - we could use the OcUK one or i dont mind buying server access?

I want to start doing some of the other elements of the game like world bosses, group PVP, DAILY/WEEKLY missions etc... etc...

Not that I am doubting how adept you are at PvP - other then what some people may say how can you prove your are the best PvP Guild on the server, until stats are in to support that - it's tosh...

Really, could you be anymore full of yourself? Does it matter that your Guild is regarded as the best, and that you're the best Mara anyone has ever seen in their entire lives in a game that's less than a month old?

Seriously, this elitist attitude in MMO's is what ruins them for the casual player. Get off your high-horse, if you need to big yourself up so much to make your MMO gaming life so validated, then do it on your own Guild forum where you're around other people that think you're so great.

As I've already stated, the game has been out for less than a month. Not everyone wants to rush to level 50. Not everyone wants to be the best at their class right away. It takes time to learn to play well sometimes, and some people don't have that to dedicate to it either. Perhaps you should be more understanding that not everyone has to be like you, and that it's ok not to be.

I remember your posts earlier in this thread about obsessively hunting down players families just to gank them, I think you've got problems and/or your head in the clouds to be honest.

You're right without factually statistics to back this up it's rather difficult, most peoples views when asked who are the best PvP guild result in the answer DooM. The only other competition we really have on our server is BOON Control and to be honest, they don't seem to be performing well.

The games great I agree - but they do need to hurry up & fix some of these problems.

They have almost had a month & hardly anything has been fixed, content patches take time - so that I don't expect instantly - but bugs need to be fixed sooner rather than later.

I agree i don't amount to anything in MMO's seeing as this is my 1st one and couldnt care less either way. I am here to play the game not be a prat towards other people and come out with w****r statements like:

From personal experience most of the "elites" in games are actually scrubs.

Until we have stats to prove something I tend to assume they are indeed scrubs with big mouths.

Winning a hut-ball with a small group of pre-made you don't even need gear - 3 passes & a sprint & it's a goal - hardly impressive - moreso when you consider that 90% of the time it's pre-mades VS pugs on most servers (making it even more imbalanced).

So you're more than likely one of those window lickers that are just all herp and derp. But I like being like that towards people, it's so easy to push peoples buttons over MMOs.

Yep corpse camping lowbies is one of the greatest things in any game, we had a really sweet spot too, we were killing them in their town and standing next to their respawn area, they couldn't do anything for hours... O how we all had a good laugh. We even got one of them to trick others in to coming to help him, we let him live kind of like a pet on a leash, he wasn't allowed to venture too far or we'd kill him. He loved it.

I don't think I've ever played a huttball where they haven't had a full pre made either.

Not on our server, the PvP guilds queue 24/7 so you're always against another pre made.

I don't think you're doing yourself many favours acting like such a stuck up elitist on this forum. I think you'll find that many here don't really care for an attitude such as this. And spending time having fun ganking lowbies is really skillful.

I've played MMO's since UO when it was just Felucca, getting PKed, PKing, doing all sorts. I played UO for over 7 years, loved everyday of playing it, I was good at PvP but I would never say I was the best. It was the same in SWG, I was good, but always tried to conduct myself in an honourable manner. Ganking low level players is certainly not honourable and is actually a pretty crap thing to do. Love how you go around calling people "scrub" but you don't demonstrate yourself to be any better than the names you're using to describe others.

Honestly, as has already been echoed, good riddance that you've cancelled your sub. People like you aren't needed in an MMO at all.

Honestly, it's just a game, which people play for fun. I think you've taken it far too seriously, and taking enjoyment out of the fact that you're ruining it for other people is a bit sad and pathetic really...

he strikes me as the sort of person who cares about MVP votes as if they mean something. a few days ago i did void star on my shadow and stealthed in, took all 3 doors on my own, then capped the console. yet as that was pretty much all i did while the others were off ganking i got not a single vote as i barely got any medals.

the fact you call yourself a casual yet brag about how you are regarded as the best around and find ways to trash talk and gank people around, corpse camp etc, means you're not casual at all. casuals don't give a **** about that sort of thing. it was prolly some casuals that you beat in that huttball game you mentioned.
