Can someone please check their Corsair ATX power supply for me? I have sleeved my PSU (semi modular) and I have a spare wire...

The spare wire is a black one...

20pin ATX power cable for the motherboard. I don't really understand the actual problem, if this isn't the right answer please specify in more detail what problem you're having.

He removed every wire out of the 20pin connector to braid them.

He's put them all back in but one, and doesn't know which pin it is.

It should be the third pin from the left on the botton row. Pins 1 & 2 from the left on the bottom row should both be orange + 3.3 volts. The missing pin on the top row is correct as that is no connection.

I read a build log somehwhere a guy was commenting on how he couldnt understand why the corsair ATX connector had two missing pins instead of the usual one... I dont know for sure that this pin came from the ATX connector, I sleeved one cable at the time and spent quite a lot of time trying to get the pins out.. some wouldnt come out but I may have loosened this wire and its come loose by itself..

does anyone have a photo of the corsair HX series ATX plug?

ok I found a pic and it does seem I have something very wrong...

that diagram in the PDF doesnt give an indication of what colour is what.. ill look for another diagram I guess
