What are the most funniest make you laugh out loud movies

Dumb and Dumber...a movie that still never fails to make me laugh out loud....cant think of any other movies that have had me literally in stitches.
 
A few films that have killed me over the past year are Tropic Thunder, the Other Guys and Home Alone. I'm not a big laugher, though (:().
 
Airplane! is by far the best for me, not every joke is hilarious but they just keep coming, which also makes it the sort of film I can rewatch every now and then because I normally forget some of the jokes.

Dr Strangelove almost makes me cry at the genius of some of the lines.
 
Anchor Man.
Planes, Trains and Automobiles, "That" scene is still the funniest thing ever commited to film.
Dodgeball.
Airplane.
 
A proper laugh out loud movie? Hmmm difficult I mean Road Trip had its moments but for proper LOL's? Gotta say Jackass 1,2,3 and The Dirty SAnchez Movie

Ace Ventura (the bit when he is sneaking round in his tutu and steps on the bubblewrap creases me every time)
