i've been sat in ths thread for a good 20 minutes spotting robots like him that bring back memories

the title of the TV program or film (not telling you which) this robot was in began with an M as well.
i will accept the name of the TV program/film or the name of the robot

im surprised no one has figured it out yet. if your having trouble then thinking of the TV program or film name will probably be easier than the robot name

No intention of continuing the game so someone else can pick up if I'm right, but is it the robot Maria (or Maschinenmensch) from Metropolis?
