I found this amazing full body workout.
It was 12 reps and 12 sets. 1 rep was a complete body work out like 10 exercises in one. it was in last months edition or the month before. I can not find anything online about it. please help me find it!!

First of all, disregard anything Mens Health tell you, even workout plans. Anyone who claims to give you "Rock hard abs in just 45 minutes" doesn't deserve your time

We can give you a much better routine here. How much time do you have/what days can you go and what is your end goal?

It was basically a challenge more than anything. You have 2 dumb bells and goes something like this:

Squat, squat thrust out, press up, squat thrust in, dead lift, bicep curl, shoulder press, then behind your back and raise and twist left and right it looked amazing.

Looks like somebody doing a load of exercises in one go, losing any potential for gaining or losing anything.

Better off doing the exercises separately, doing them properly and realising the proper benefits.

:D That's exactly how I imagined it Chris! I'm sorry Jordan but that just sounds silly, as Steedie says post up what you want and what you're at the moment, and everyone will come up with something for you.

... and lift using your lower back with a jerking twisting motion...

That's good for you...? :p

Again, OP, post up what you WANT to achieve, how much free time you have a week. What is your height / weight for instance?

Post this up and people can help you

My explanation of the movement wasn't the best but anyway.

I managed:

1x8
4x6
5x5
2x4

No where near 12 x 12 lol

My training buddy managed:

2 x 12
4x7
6x6

It is epic
