Best silent case??

Curious as to what's regarded as the best "silent" case out there? Without going stupidly expensive.

yeh but thats more to do with the fans than anything else^^
R3 has lots holes in it thats never good for noise

the top fan mounts and the side one are all blocked off with the modu-vent system, which allows for the system to be unbelievably quiet

no, it's not, it's actually plastic mounted over the fan mounts with sound dampening foam on it too

put corsair fans in it and it would have lost
dont get me wrong i think the r3 is the best out of the 3 of them

That may be true if the components inside are already quiet. If the components are "normal" then the Silencio 550 would be your choise. Friend of mine switched R3 to 550 and now his happy (computer located in bedroom).

Just about to build a new system for my bedroom, so if money wasn't an issue whats the best silent case that doesnt need modding (fans changed out) to be quiet ?

Silverstone Fortress 2 perhaps ???
