No experience with this kind of block myself but ppl do get great results from them, u just have to make sure the other components on the card have adequate cooling like adding aircooled heatsinks to the vram.
the gpu in general dumps sooo much heat into the case its the single most rewarding thinkg to watercool, as it removes the noisy stock cooler and dumps the heat in the rad and unleashes hot cards overclocking potential
Core only blocks are excellent. Argueably, they cool the core better than a full cover block. You also don't need a new block when you change the card.
I said argueably and it has been the case for years. A full cover block is a straight in one side and out the other affair while most modern core only blocks have impingement designs the same as CPU blocks. Theoretically the impingement design block should deliver better core cooling.

20x200
Vcore 1.28125v
IMC 1.12v
CPU PLL 1.8625v
PCH 1.0875v
All other voltages are set to minimums.
4.2Ghz requires:-
21x200
vcore 1.375v (which is why i run it at 4Ghz)
CPU PLL 1.900v
IMC 1.13175v
PCH1.15v
Again all other voltages set to minimums.
Ram is running at 1600mhz on both clocks. The two spread spectrums are disabled and the rest of the options (apart from ram timings/voltages) are on auto.
To apply the extra voltage i just added the extra needed to the stock volts to the offset voltage. That way speedstep still works.
I notice your boad only has a 4 pin cpu socket. That could end up limiting a high overclock as well.
