I'd be up for that only problem is I don't have a headset
well you can at least listen to us on TS, that's 50% better than soloing
I prefer large conquest maps
fire, kharg isle and caspian etc..
although thundy and I did have a great seine crossing and bazzar the other day so I'm not totally inflexible
What is your name on Origin? I guess it is not the one in your sig? My favourite map is Firestorm!

Kharg island is great for SOFLAM. Always seem to dominate map if well planted and defended. Will give it a go on other big maps too

Have a private TS3 server going if anyone wants to join us.
That'd be great. I normally jump on TS whenever im playing BF3.

Thundycat and I have played quite a few games together which have been a quality laugh, it's solo gaming which gets me more annoyed (although I do have the odd rage when thundy and I play
I'm not hugely keen on hardcore servers but that would probably all change if there was a group of us, obviously if you have a decent squad the negative aspect of an HC server (no health gain) would quickly become a positive by having a medic in your team
Funniest thing for me was I played bf3 up to level 40 not knowing you could change scopes, vehicle options etc... I just assumed all the upgrades that kept popping up were automatically adding themselves to my guns!! crazy I know but my mate got to lvl 35 thinking precisely the same!

Hey Will, I'm normally on mumble of an evening with any combination of; Thetinsnail, Jimbu, Greebo, Hedstock, Yhack, Misslemoose, Devrij, Jester342, StonedPenquin, Neil79uk, Nitram100.
Ps detest normal mode but am willing to play it from time to time.
On caveat is that I have internet until friday.....

not amazing, it's very buggy, I have sli'd 580's and they probably crash twice a day with EF (quad sli or multi gpu), if disabled and I play on a single monitor it's rock solid.
waste of money if that was the only reason I purchased the rig
luckily it's also very useful for managing esx environments and streaming porn at the same time - winner

awesome news, I'll have to idle in mumble as well, I prefer TS as the plugin in BF3 works very nicely so I have half a clue who's talking! at the moment it's easy because it's just Thundy but I'm always looking to the future!!

dunno mate, pretty sure it was part of the standard installation, asked me if I wanted an on screen display of who is talking, pops up in the top left of my screen right next to my fps display. I now of course cannot live without it!

Didn't see that option, will have to reinstall tonight.
Doesn't work in DX11.
