Another shameless holiday spec me....

Basically I'm stuck for ideas for a holiday for me and the gf. We are looking for an area with diving, beaches and a general nature touristy stuff.

We have a budget of around £1000pp, and the only real no go is Egypt, as we went last year.

Would love to hear your ideas/experiences

Would you recommend the place you stayed? I've been warming to the idea of cuba.

Yeah definitely. Cayo Guillermo in Cuba. Hotel was called iberostar daiquiri. Check it out. Not a lot directly outside the hotel but plenty of trips to be booked with the hotel.

Also Rhodes in Greece, can get trips to turkey if you want. Lindos is full of history etc.

Have you been diving in Gozo before? I've seen quite a few good deals there but i reckon it will be too touristy. Not that i need to look for somewhere to dive because i have around 6 months of diving in Kefalonia, Greece ahead of me this summer

We booked with Thomas cook so it was the full package. Make sure u book seats together on the flights, we had a nightmare on the way there with not sitting together. Enjoy.
