Best USB Stick for 360?

Stupidist problem, but I have 2 16GB Sandisk Sticks..neither of which my 360 ( and tried on others) will recognise, they are both different models/ casing etc. Is their a memory limit that the 360 will not recognise...I have seen some 32GB sticks for under £20..was amazed by this!

But is their a compatability issue in them?
 
Yeah you must be doing something wrong there. I've had Sandisk U3 sticks working fine on it once I'd removed the software with their tools.
 
So I formatted my Sandisk in the 360, a GB drive and when back in the PC when I go to drag and drop a film onto it it says the drive is full.
 
My 16GB Sandisk USB works fine in my 360 and PC...didnt have to format or anything...what format is it in now?
 
do you want the stick to be used to save games? or just for movies? think it needs to be fat32 format for the 360 to see the files

You assigned the whole 16gb to the xbox hence theres nothing left for non xboxy stuff to use.

Thats right, I wasnt aware it could be used for saving games etc, took it back formatted to Fat, dead on now, didnt think USB sticks had to be formatted for this kinda thing. :rolleyes:
