You are a cat, this garden isn't even yours

As has been suggested before - look up some of the high frequency noise contraptions.

Any chance it could be foxes? If not, see if you can work out where the cats live and have a quick word with the owner/s - obviously they won't be able to stop the cats from roaming where they please, but at least they'd be aware that they are causing a problem. :)

It's not foxes, not in Central Auckland. The ******** couldn't afford the mortgage repayments.

This hadn't actually occurred to me but now someone has said it, it's painfully obvious. Thank you sir.

Shopping list for 'Cat Solution'

1. Talk to neighbours/owners.
2. Do nothing / buy cat scarer thingy depending on outcome.

Perhaps the cats frequent the forum
and have taken umbrage with your posting style, maybe its less about the need to pee and more about a personal critique.

The only cats who frequent the forum and who critique my posting style are not the same ones you are discussing.

Why is that stupid? all I'm suggesting is scare it, not kill it, works in my parents garden.

You could always shoot it and eat it then tell the owner you haven't seen it in a few days lol

Air rifles aren't particularly accurate (most people wouldn't have an expensive one) so you could easily hit and wound it.

It's nice to know that you shoot air weapons at people's animals though, good on you.

But they weren't wild cats, they probably belonged to people...

Why bother, he's clearly lying through his front teeth anyway :) Who has a friend that would agree to driving two cats 500 miles to take to a home? Yeah, I'd love to be stuck in a car for a 500 mile trip with two cats that keep ****ing in my car, bet it'd smell lovely!

Indeed, he probably is.

Throw a brick or something at them. You could try to catch them and go for a long drive.

I'd throw a brick or something at you.

Robbo/ Bitslice The cats were NOT released in to the wild, they went to a cat home in Aberdeenshire.

So, they would get a new home.

Did you know the owners? Did you not think to take them to your local vet or something to see if they were chipped and have a word with the owners? Maybe they could keep them in, or they could pay for something to repel their cats?
Did you even tell the owners what you did so they have closure about their cats?

Tell you what if you did something like that to one of my cats and found out...

Anyway you're just trollin' and I'm feeding you but I'm bored so...

Set a trap, put a stick holding a basket and then put some food under it and then when the cat gets the food he gets trapped in the basket and then take a picture. Then write a long letter saying how you are holding the cat captive for trespassing until the owner meets your demands and send a copy of the picture of the cat in the trap.

Coming to GD in about, oh, 14 seconds.

Don't spend money to resolve the problem, its the owners responsibility. Warn them of what's happening and tell them it stops now.

If it doesn't you have 2 options, either charge them to have it removed or fling it at their house.

That's funny because your OP says that they were released, not given to a cat home. You sir are a liar, one way or the other.

I got a friend who was going to Scotland, some 500 miles away to take them & release them there.

They never came back.:D

Had same problem a few years back, my solution was simple.

Went to local cat & dogs home, borrowed a cat trap, baited it with some fish & placed it where cats were crapping.

Took a few day to catch both cats, but I did, then I got a friend who was going to Scotland, some 500 miles away to take them & release them there.

They never came back.:D

LOL

Screw all the muslims and other religeous fanatics. I can forsee in the future one day all the cat lovers lining up in the street again the dog lovers / cat haters for a major showdown.
