Hey guys,

Just after some advice please, ok so im thinking of upgrading my Anti Virus from MSE to Eset Nod 32.

Ok so if i buy Eset Nod 32 from their online site it costs £29.99 but if i buy it from a very well know PC store it's 50% cheeper??

I have checked them both and they are the same thing = 1 year licience.

Just wanted to know if there is some sort of catch here? and if i bought from the store would i have to pay the full price next year when i renew? or could i buy from this store every year?

Thanks guys :)

The other store probably gets them in bulk or something, personally I would contact Eset directly and tell them that this company is charging 50% less and see if they will match it. I always try to buy directly from the company who makes the product but that is my personal preference more than anything.

No catch. You will generally get a licence number in the retail package, and this will allow you download and upgrade to their latest version from their site.

Thanks for the advice Stoner, i called Eset and they matched the price straight away. :)

I have been hearing a lot of good things about Eset so i thought id give them a try and see what their Anti Virus is like.

You won't regret it, been with NOD32 for easily the best part of 7 years its never let me down and more to the point it has never been a PITA.
