Sick in the head or a justified sense of humour?

Surely the only reaosn these images are getting publicity is because of the person that leaked/released them and nothing to do with the guy that took the photos in the first place?

I see no reason whatsoever for the police to be involved, surely at some point every single one of you has tken the **** at work.

Yes I'd be upset if it was a family dismember but the guy didnt take them and post them all over the net did he?

No doubt the father will try for some for of "compensation" for the "trauma" his family have been thru no.

Oh and from the article ..."removed the SIM card and put it in his own computer"

Yes I's sure he wasn't looking for dodgy photos of someones missus on the
MEMORY card ;)

You made accusations.....you didn't clarify anything straight away other than to deny the implication. That is not clarification...it is denial.

A clarification would have began......."Sorry that was not my intention......", not "Don't speak on my behalf or put words in to my mouth"......which is only going to illicit a negative reaction......

I clearly made the acknowledgement that if it was a misunderstanding then that was fine.....to which your reply included this "It's amazing how my estimation of one of the more intelligent posters has fallen so dramatically over two or three posts. You've made yourself look a bit daft."


Maybe I have overreacted somewhat but I do not think that last part of the post or the tone of the original retort was warranted or called for quite frankly.

Your original post was made before mine...as I quoted in that post....I added the acknowledgement after consideration of where I wanted to take this...which was nowhere in particular as my "haha" comment in my original reply to you inferred.........the one where instead of simply explaining your position you decided that a little addendum implying that I was stupid for thinking any different was made after I edited........I had not read any subsequent posts at that point.

Hardly, I just want someone to acknowledge that calling another poster stupid, either directly or by implication simply because they misunderstood a post that could easily have been misconstrued due the wording is not acceptable.....

why should I accept being called daft?

I would have simply and politely explained my position......rather than saying you are daft for understanding it in the first place....

It wouldn't be the first time that I have seen Tummy make such implications rather than simply apologising for the misunderstanding.....and clarifying.

So, again, instead of saying "Ok then, I didn't mean to imply your were stupid originally and let us leave it at that" you continue to add further insults......and now also implying that I am lying also....the original edit was only minutes prior to your post.....I had not read it to acknowledge it.

I didn't state anyone was stupid. You took it from that and implied that yourself. Now we've come too far for you to admit you were wrong initially. I clarified my points in subsequent posts. You have beef with me over me labelling your reaction daft, I'm still sticking by this. I'll call it something else if you wish? Over the top?

You then edited your post and continued the debate.

I have already acknowledged that.....however you refuse to acknowledge that the post was ambiguous to begin with and that your initial reaction was antagonistic.....instead you continue to imply that there must be something "wrong" with me.....

Not that I am surprised particularly.
